## Known limitations

Describe any functional or technical limitations of the board or eQuest’s integration.

- Jobs can updated only within 3 days of posting. Also, we must use our internal Posting ID (visible to admins in Reporting > Job Search) instead of req number in the posts since VeryEast expects that number to be unique 100% of the time, this isn't possible since we allow a req to be used multiple times. As a result requisition number is not included in the postings.

## Administrator configuration

Below are the fields eQuest administrators will encounter during board setup.

### Admin fields

| Field name | Type | Required (Y/N) | Description |

| Filename | Open text | Y | the Filename is not provided by VeryEast. However a value is required by eQuest. Create the Filename in this format: 'yourcompany' (where ACME is the company, the Username would be 'acme' <). |
| UserID | Open text | N | provided by VeryEast |
| UserID_Selector * | Dropdown | Y | When you have more than one UserID associated with a single VeryEast account, the UserID_Selector can be used. This allows the Users to select from the various UserID options on a per-post basis. |
| PostingExpireDays | Numeric | N | If your contracted Posting Period differs from our default number of days, enter that value in the PostingExpireDays field during setup. Otherwise you may be overcharged by the board, or could prevent updates and deletes from being exported from eQuest. |
