Purpose: CareerHub Pro is a global job board specializing in technical and professional roles. This guide provides configuration details for enabling job delivery from eQuest to CareerHub Pro.

Integration summary

Special requirements

CareerHub Pro requires an account-level API key before jobs can be successfully delivered.

  • API key must be generated by the customer’s CareerHub Pro account admin
  • API key must be entered exactly as provided (case-sensitive)
  • Board must be activated by CareerHub Pro support before first delivery

Known limitations

  • CareerHub Pro does not support HTML formatting in the job description
  • Maximum of 5 locations can be sent per job
  • Salary fields must be numeric values only (no currency symbols or ranges)
  • Job updates take up to 2 hours to appear on the board

Admin fields

Company ID Open text Y Unique identifier assigned to the customer's account by CareerHub Pro.
Allow Refreshes Boolean N Enables delivery of refresh-only transactions to extend job visibility.
Job Category Map Dropdown Y Maps eQuest job category to CareerHub Pro’s category taxonomy.
Visibility Level Multi-select N Defines where postings appear (e.g., Standard, Featured, Sponsored).

User fields

Field name Type Required (Y/N) Description
Job Category Dropdown Y Select the CareerHub Pro category that best matches the job.
Employment Type Dropdown Y Full-Time, Part-Time, Contract, Temporary, or Internship.
Salary Min Open text N Numeric only. Leave blank if salary should not be displayed.
Salary Max Open text N Numeric only. Leave blank if salary should not be displayed.
Visibility Level Multi-select N Choose optional enhancements such as Featured or Sponsored listings.
Remote Option Boolean N Indicates whether the job can be performed remotely.
